Footwear No slippers, sandals, or black-soled running shoes allowed on the courts. Cleanliness Only bottled water or sports drinks in resealable, non-glass containers are allowed inside the court area. Please keep your space tidy. We have provided garbage bins all around the facility. Conduct We maintain a friendly environment. Equipment abuse (e.g., throwing paddles) or unsportsmanlike behavior may lead to removal from the premises without a refund. Smoking/Vaping No smoking or vaping inside the facility. Supervision Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The 24-Hour Rule Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours (1 day) before your reserved time. No-Show Policy Failure to arrive for your scheduled slot without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. Refunds Valid cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for court credit or a refund (minus any transaction fees).
